Sandbag Toss - Athletes will throw a series of sandbags over a high bar within a 60 sec time limit.
Timber Frame Carry - Athletes will carry a Timber Frame down a 50ft course within a 60 sec time limit.
Husafell Carry - Athletes will carry a Hi-Temp Husafell Stone back and forth across a 50ft course for max distance with 60 sec time limit.
