How do I watch a video on my TV?

You are able to watching a livestream or video on any screen. Our videos are compatible with your PC, Mac, mobile phone, and yes... even your TV!

 

  • Airplay or Cast
    • We have found that most people are most successful watching the videos on their phone or computer and then airplay or cast the video to your TV.
  • TV Web Browser
    Most Smart TV's also have a web browser you can use to login directly from the TV. For a simplified log in experience, visit: https://officialstrongman.com/tv
    • Firestick or Fire TV - Use the 'Silk Web Browser'

 

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password:

 

  1. Visit the Reset Password page.
  2. Type in your email address.
  3. Click 'Send Password Reset Link'.
  4. Check your email for a reset password email from Official Strongman.

If you don't receive the email, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us.

If you accidentally signed up and there was a type in the email address, contact us.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership any time by logging in and going to the 'Billing' or 'Cancel Membership' page. After canceling, you will continue to have access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. 

 

On Mobile:

  1. Tap the MENU in the top right.
  2. Tap the Profile link.
  3. Tap the 'Cancel Membership' link at the bottom of the menu.
  4. Tap the red 'Cancel Membership' link to the right of your renew date. 

On Desktop:

  1. Click the Profile link.
  2. Click the 'Cancel Membership' link at the bottom of the menu.
  3. Click the red 'Cancel Membership' link to the right of your renew date. 

Am I able to pay for a single livestream instead of a membership?

We do not offer the ability to pay for a single livestream.

Instead, you are able to sign up for a monthly membership and then cancel anytime during the 1st month and you will not be billed again. If you sign up, and you do not cancel though, you will be charged monthly.
